Color: An small foyer becomes dramatic and contemporary with a dark, rich color.

Living room after: White walls, a navy blue rug and a grey sectional sofa (facing the correct way) define the space and add contrast.

Living/dining room after: The space re-imagined with furniture that was proportionate to the room. Beautiful built-in book cases were highlighted with a rich dark background color.

Bedroom after: The bedroom de-cluttered and freshly painted, again highlighting the built -in bookcase with a dark color.

Living room and alcove after: The apartment space opened up with proper furniture placement, bright paint color and uplighting.

The small alcove off the living room was transformed from a sitting room to a office space.

Townhouse entrance after: Fresh white paint highlights the beauty of the woodwork and makes the room bright.

Kitchen after: Painting the cabinets charcoal grey neutralizes the color of the countertop. White sheer curtains hide the ”prison bar” window gates while a large silver mirror opens up the space.

Basement after: The basement cleaned and painted white becomes a relaxing retreat.

Basement/Spa after: The unfinished basement also included radiant heat floors and a steam room. A bamboo fence and a massage table creates a personal spa.

Foyer after: Soft whites replace the orange walls revealing the apartment’s good bones. Playful “flower-like” shadows cast by a pendant lamp draws attention to the lovely ceiling and walls.

Living room after: De-cluttered and freshly painted with soft whites, the palette is neutral with bright green accents. A black rug defines the living space.

Dining area after: Maximizing the space, a clear table top and black leather stools are used. Bright, colorful flower prints also help to define the dining area.
